Who We Are
69vn is more than just another online casino platform. We are a company that has dedicated years to building a digital entertainment experience that genuinely understands the needs, habits, and preferences of Malaysian players — from Perlis all the way to Sabah and Sarawak.
Our Story
Journey 69vn began in 2018 when a small group of Malaysian technology and entertainment professionals came together with a straightforward goal — to build an online casino platform that truly understands local players. Not simply translating a foreign platform into Malay, but building something from the ground up, for Malaysia.
In the early days, 69vn only offered a handful of basic table games. Yet the response from Malaysian players was overwhelmingly positive — they appreciated the user-friendly interface, Malay-language support, and deposit methods that included local e-Wallets like Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. That encouraging reception was the foundation on which the platform grew rapidly.
Today, 69vn has become one of the most recognised names in Malaysia's digital entertainment industry, with over half a million registered members and a game library spanning baccarat, poker, live casino, virtual sports, table games, and a comprehensive VIP programme. Every design and platform development decision we make comes back to one simple question: is this good for our Malaysian players?
The platform launched with a focus on core table games and baccarat. Early membership reached 10,000 within the first 6 months.
Introduced live casino with Malay-speaking dealers — a first in Malaysia's online casino industry.
Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow integration — deposits and withdrawals processed in under 1 minute.
Launched the tiered VIP Rewards programme and the Virtual Sports section featuring over 10 sports available 24/7.
Reached the half-million active member milestone. Introduced Malaysia-themed exclusive games such as Teen Patti Batik.
Expanding the game library, enhancing the mobile platform, and making continuous improvements based on player feedback.
Our Roadmap
Every decision we make starts with our commitment to Malaysian players.
To provide Malaysian players with a safe, fair, and enjoyable digital entertainment platform — one that feels purpose-built for you, not just adapted from somewhere else. We are committed to honouring the trust that every member places in us 69vn through transparency, fair play, and a service that always puts players first.
To become Malaysia's number one online casino platform — recognised not just for the breadth of its game library, but for its reputation as a platform players can truly trust. We want every Malaysian player — from first-time registrants to our long-standing Diamond VIP members — to feel that 69vn is their second home in the world of digital entertainment.
Our Edge
This is not just a claim — it is a commitment we demonstrate every day through the experience of our members.
69vn operates under a valid licence and undergoes regular game fairness audits conducted by independent third-party auditing bodies. Our Random Number Generator (RNG) has been certified to meet international standards for randomness and tamper-resistance. You can play with complete confidence that every round is fair and unbiased.
The 69vn customer support team is made up of individuals who speak Malay as their first language — not machine translation. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat, email, and WhatsApp. Whenever you have an issue or a question, you will receive a clear, easy-to-understand response in your own language.
69vn supports all major Malaysian digital payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Deposits are credited in under 1 minute and withdrawals are processed within 3 to 10 minutes. No dealing with unfamiliar payment methods or waiting days to get your money back.
All data and transactions on 69vn are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, the same standard used by leading banking institutions worldwide. Our fraud detection system operates around the clock to identify any suspicious activity. Your personal information is never sold or shared with any third party without your consent.
With over 200 games spanning baccarat, poker, blackjack, roulette, live casino with Malay-speaking dealers, virtual sports (virtual football, horse racing, e-sports), and Malaysia-themed exclusive table games like Teen Patti Batik — 69vn offers a depth and variety of entertainment that few other platforms in the Malaysian market can match.
The 69vn VIP Rewards Programme is designed so that every ringgit you spend works harder for you. From daily cashback and weekly bonuses to birthday gifts, exclusive table access, and a dedicated VIP host for Diamond members — our VIP programme is more than just a title. It's a real, tangible rewards system you'll feel from the moment you become an active member.
Core Values
This is not a poster on the wall — it is how we work and make decisions every single day.
Every game is fair. Every promise we make to our players, we keep. There are no hidden tricks buried in our terms and conditions.
Every decision — from interface design to withdrawal policy — begins with one question: is this truly in the best interest of our players?
We are always looking for new ways to improve the platform — from Malaysia-themed exclusive games to the latest HD streaming technology.
Responsible entertainment is not a slogan — it is our commitment. Gaming limits, deposit limits, and player support are available to all members.
Our Platform
Ask any member 69vn who has been with us for a while — whether they're from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, or Kota Kinabalu — they'll usually say the same thing: "Easy to use, fast deposits, and winnings that come out just as fast." That's exactly what we set out to build from day one.
Baccarat section 69vn is one of the most comprehensive in the Malaysian market — featuring multiple variants including Classic Baccarat, Speed Baccarat, No Commission Baccarat, and Dragon Tiger, all available in live casino format with Malay-speaking dealers as well as RNG format for players who prefer to play at their own pace.
Poker section 69vn also offers Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Teen Patti Batik, Caribbean Stud, and weekly as well as monthly tournaments with attractive prize pools. Poker players from across Malaysia are increasingly choosing 69vn as their go-to poker platform — particularly because of the available table statistics, daily free freeroll tournaments, and 10% cashback that helps cushion less fortunate sessions.
For players who prefer sports, the Virtual Sports section 69vn offers betting on virtual football (featuring teams inspired by the Malaysia Super League and EPL), horse racing, car racing, badminton, and virtual e-sports including MLBB and Valorant — all running 24 hours a day with new matches every 3 to 6 minutes. This is an ideal option for Malaysian sports fans who want to stay in the action outside of live match schedules.
Tying it all together is the VIP Rewards Programme 69vn that ensures every gaming activity you take part in — whether at the baccarat table, in a poker tournament, or through a virtual sports bet — earns points that advance you to higher VIP tiers, unlocking access to increasingly exclusive and valuable benefits.
