Real Experiences

How the 69vn VIP Points System Works

Every gaming activity at 69vn earns you VIP points that accumulate automatically. The rate varies by game category — slots and fish shooting games earn points faster, while baccarat and VIP poker offer point multipliers on select days.

You can monitor your total points, current tier, and estimated next reward through your account dashboard — available on both the 69vn web and mobile app. Automatic notifications are sent when you're close to reaching the next tier, so you can plan your strategy accordingly.

Slots & Fish Shooting: 1 point per RM 1 wagered
Table Games & Live Casino: 2 points per RM 1
Sports Betting: 1.5 points per RM 1
Special Events: 2x – 5x point multiplier

What Our VIP Members Say

Real Experiences from 69vn VIP Members

They've experienced the difference our VIP program makes — here's what they honestly had to say.

★★★★★

"I've been a 69vn Platinum member for six months now. My weekly cashback consistently ranges from RM 600 to RM 900. My personal account host also responds quickly whenever there's a technical issue — sometimes within 3 minutes. Upgrading to Platinum has been absolutely worth it."

★★★★★

"The birthday gift from 69vn genuinely caught me off guard. RM 200 in free credits just appeared in my account — I thought it was a mistake, but it turned out to be a Gold VIP reward. The VIP baccarat tables are a completely different experience too, much more relaxed with more professional dealers."

SR
Suraya Ramli

★★★★☆

"The priority withdrawal as a VIP member is noticeably faster. Back when I was on a regular tier, I'd wait around 20 minutes. Now as a Gold member, the funds hit my TnG in under 5 minutes. The VIP Tournament is great too — fewer competitors but bigger prizes."

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions About the 69vn VIP Rewards Program

Have more questions? Contact our Bahasa Malaysia-speaking support team, available 24/7.

Yes, completely free. Every registered 69vn member is automatically enrolled in the VIP Rewards program starting at the Silver tier once their cumulative deposits reach RM 500. No membership fees, no monthly charges, and no hidden conditions. Our system tracks your progress automatically.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on your gaming activity from Monday through Sunday and credited every Monday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM Malaysian time. The cashback amount is calculated automatically and applied directly to your account balance — no manual claim required. You will receive a notification via the app or email once your cashback has been credited.

Your 69vn VIP level is based on your cumulative lifetime deposits as a member — it will never drop as long as you remain an active member. This means once you reach Gold, you stay at Gold even if your gaming activity slows down temporarily. We believe in a system that rewards loyal players, not penalises them.

All deposit methods available on 69vn qualify towards your cumulative VIP deposit calculation, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX internet banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Public Bank). A minimum deposit of RM 20 per transaction applies. Bonus credits received do not count toward cumulative deposits, though wagering with bonus credits still earns VIP points.
